savoury, sweet, and slightly spicy flavour profile with tangy citrusy notes, which kinda reminded me of the Green Mandarin Soba I had eaten in Jeju last month! 😍 Served with crunchy shredded cucumber and pickled radish, braised pressed tofu (the type sometimes sold as mock chicken 素鸡百叶豆腐), as well as a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. 🥒🍖 The cold buckwheat noodles were perfectly slick, stretchy, and QQ / chewy, making it a delight to slurp down. 🍜🥢 Swipe right ➡️ for a noodle pull shot! 📸 Enjoyed how this Korean spicy cold noodles dish was tasty in a light and refreshing way, while having a pretty good nutritional balance~ I daresay this might be my favourite item so far at Sauté Saranghae!
