rich and has that dark chocolate bitterness without being overly sweetened. Loved the surprise of what seemed to be cacao nibs and really finely chopped nuts that added some crunch. Had my scoop and finished half of my boy’s too oops 😬 It is rather pricey at almost $5 a scoop after GST, but it is really high quality ice cream so I’d say it’s worth it for a treat!
Oh my goodnesssss!!!! This is not a sorbet! This is a dense, almost gelato like,
texture dessert, with dark chocolate galore hitting every bud you've got on your tongue!!!
The ice cream was a bit too hard, but very chocolatey, not bitter and not
too sweet.
