Samosa Soup

Absolutely gobsmacked by the flavors. It's similar to having a broken down samosa with rasam - such an unlikely duo. Loved the intensity of the spices. It's a four on taste only because I would've loved some more crunchy bits. 🤪

What you see is just the tip of the Samosa. Samuza Hincho or the samosa soup is a samosa served with tangy soup, spring veggies and black chickpeas (not visible but at the bottom of the bowl).
