Sow Plated invited me to come try another vegan meal! I got to try some new things, and they were seriously all so excellent. This was the best meal here, yet. I was so impressed by this burger. Truth be told, I always prefer a veggie burger over faux #meat burgers. (I still eat both) This #burger is made with green chickpeas, pepper plant-based patty, spicy #curry aioli, pickled cabbage slaw, arugula, on a vegan sesame seed bun. It also came with your choice of a side salad or pita chips. This was really tasty. It was a touch #spicy but it had so many amazing flavors. I really liked the touch of pickled cabbage. My meal was on the house, but this is priced at $16. It is a little expensive, but this is high-quality farm to table. I even saw the fresh produce being brought in. This burger was ordered by 3 people at our table! The chickpea burger is a great consistency. For kids I suggest asking for ketchup on the side though, especially if they are getting it without sauces and slaw to add some flavor and moisture to the burger. The cabbage slaw was very good and I felt it was an integral part of each bite of burger. Their Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus that comes on the side with pita chips was amazing!
