Roasted Eggplant & French Beans Sandwich

🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 BEST SANDWICH IN SINGAPORE! 🇸🇬 I am not going to apologize for selfishly devouring this epic sandwich without thinking to take a photo. It was that good! My wife brought this back for me. Who would have known that French beans would taste good in a sandwich. Well they do, especially when the sandwich is stuffed full of roasted eggplant and arugula and slathered in cashew cream 🤤 Best part the bread was freaking fantastic.
