This was hands down the best vegan / vegetarian dish at Maison Libanaise. If you're going there with a friend and want something that's satisfying try the roasted cauliflower. It's lavished with a solid helping of tahini and harissa before being roasted in the restaurant's oven. The end result is a really nicely charred cauliflower that arrives steaming hot and smells and tastes great.
