These are great breakfast potatoes! They're the same ones that come with the burrito, but if you're sharing the burrito it's nice to have two helpings of potatoes. They're topped with roasted onions and house-made vegan chipotle aioli. The aioli really makes them special. It's really flavorful and adds a nice kick.
