This was soooo good!

It was so filling and flavorful! It’s filled with coconut achiote beans, coconut rice, Just Egg scramble, smoked potato hash, pickled onions, vegan sour cream, and guacamole.

This is good!

The tortilla is perfect, soft and fluffy. Inside there's coconut rice, Just Egg achiote beans, smoked potato hash, sour cream, pickled onions and guacamole on the side. I would prefer it to be spicy but it's really good!

What an amazing breakfast burrito!

Usually I'm not a huge fan of breakfast burritos because I don't like sausage or chorizo taste that much, but this one didn't include any mock meats, so it was great! I thought the coconut rice added so much flavor and a hint of sweetness! 😋
