soy-based meal was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The mushrooms added a nice texture and flavor too.
Make sure you specify that you want this vegan as they do also make it with cow-based cheese.
Served with parsley potatoes and tartar sauce.
seitan, funghi e formaggio vegetale. Nel complesso era buono ma un po' asciutto, per il mio gusto molto più apprezzabile intinto nella salsa. Le patate erano buone, scaldate e ripassate in forno, condite con prezzemolo.
