Red Velvet cupcake

I got this for Jesse, as it is his favourite. I did insist on taking a bite and I'm so glad I did. It was mosit and a perfect balance of sweetness. I am not even a cupcake gal and I LOVED this!

Overall a very tasty vegan and gluten free cupcake! Just under $5 each, so kind of pricey but easy on the stomach! Lots of frosting and nice and soft inside.

The cupcake has a very nice fluffy texture and the frosting goes perfectly with it! Definitely recommended.
