Singapore is not very raw-friendly so I was excited to see these raw sushis on the menu.
The taste exceeded my expectations, the “tuna” simply melts in your mouth with a sweet aftertaste while the raw veggies are crunchy and not sour and not fermented or full of nuts.
It’s higher on the price end considering the quantity/calories, but if we look at food as an investment in health than this is an infinitely better investment than a vegan burger with a shake. Plus it’s really creative and it takes time to make so for me it’s worth it.
