I’ve been to RAW a few times and have always been pleased with my customized

plant-based and gluten-free meals. I was quite excited when they launched their plant-focused spring menu.

my favourites from this season are, first of all, the salad with 28 different kinds of land and sea vegetables. it was so fun to explore within the plate of textures and flavours, there’s even a separate menu for this dish. I also enjoyed the tofu tiramisu, making the humble soy the star of the dish. (I don’t normally eat soy for health reasons, unless if I have to taste something for work or rare indulgence like this one🥰) the savoury sesame tang yuan is also very creative, I’ve alway only had it sweet.

it’s so intriguing to see how they present local seasonal ingredients with such brilliancy. every dish is made with is so much care, and the service is top-notch as per usual.
