Those two dishes were delicious the zucchini noodles were super creamy(garlic cashew cream with a
touch of basil pesto, sundried tomatoes over a bed of spinach, nuts and hemp sprinkled), and if I’m not wrong that was a portobello burger that was really tasty but the best were those jicama sticks with a kinda special dressing/ketchup dunno 🤭.
The only thing I don't like is that it's not fully vegan, cause they use honey as sweetener for most of the desserts and also propolis for some smoothies and by fortune I don’t go with that!😉
