Love love love this dish

It’s got tamarind dressing, crispy shallots rice crisps, chillies, and mint ✨

Chose a few different dishes at Raw Kitchen and this one stand out.

Taste, texture were really great. Just think could have been a bit more appealing visually :)

These Brussels sprouts were delicious and its seasoning tasted like Indomie.

The crispy bits were the best, the bottom pieces were a little soggy unfortunately.
