Great texture to this cheesecake - semi frozen, crisp yet smooth. Flavour was a bit too sweet for my taste with not enough raspberry sour and I didn’t get the lemongrass flavour at all - more coconut as a secondary flavour.
That was an amazing raspberry cheesecake. Super creamy and soft, you can’t stop eating it!!
This cheesecake was so creamy and delicious. I loved the raspberry lemongrass frosting, and the raspberries added a fresh touch to the cheesecake 🍰 It was way better than I’d expected. I wouldn’t have been able to tell it wasn’t a dairy cheesecake because it tasted just as good, if not better! The restaurant itself had a lovely ambiance and the staff was super friendly too 👯 Plants of Roselyn is a completely plant-based restaurant, and they have a range of Thai dishes to offer. I definitely want to go back and try more! My friends and I just walked in and got a seat but I’d recommend making a reservation as the place is super busy (at least during lunchtime).
