Raspberry Lemongrass Cheesecake at Plants of Roselyn — Eilidh's Review (Mar 31, 2025)

Great texture to this cheesecake - semi frozen, crisp yet smooth. Flavour was a bit too sweet for my taste with not enough raspberry sour and I didn’t get the lemongrass flavour at all - more coconut as a secondary flavour.
