Ramen - Tan Tan with Vegan Chicken

Neon Ramen only offers “build-your-own” ramen - so you choose your stock base, then your noodles, your protein, and optional add-ins. The combos are endless! For mine, I went: Tan tan broth White ramen noodles Sesame chick’n Add kikurage (wood ear mushrooms) Delicious 👌🏼 The broth was rich, flavoursome and quite spicy. The sesame chick’n was amazing, full of flavour and great texture (just wish there was more of it!). The bowl was a massive portion, my partner and I both couldn’t quite finish it. And served in a very kawaii neko bowl 🐱 Such a cool place and packed on a Saturday night, so worth booking ahead. We’ll be back some time!

The tan tan broth is really creamy and flavourful. The vegan chicken is delicious and adds a delightful chew to the ramen experience. You can choose from a bunch of diverse toppings too!!
