I usually steer clear of #jelly because it contains gelatin, but then I saw this

dish listed on abillion and worked out that here they use agar-agar instead. Nothing doing though - the #osmanthus provided minimal flavour and the texture wasn't excellent. A bit of a meh #dessert that leaves you wanting something else instead 😑
