Pumpernickle Rye Sourdough

Really tasty sourdough. First time having the pumpernickle one and I realised it's more suited for savoury spreads than the normal rye.

Very dense bread, slightly sweet and a little acidic from the rye sourdough. There was also a distinct herby aroma of caraway seeds.
