It arrived looking a tad anaemic (I am so used to seeing turmeric coloured tofu,
and why would you put a small portion of food on such a big plate unless you are a fine dining restaurant) but I was pleasantly surprised - the scrambled tofu was tasty. I managed to finish it without filling full so next time I'd add some 'sides' to this breakfast.
