Positive Pancakes

Sunday brunch, I was feeling something sweet! I haven’t had pancakes in so long, and these were so light and fluffy, but also moist, really really delicious. I loved the mango compote on top and the toasted coconut.

The best vegan pancakes that I’ve had so far 🥞 Wholewheat flour mix. Nut milk. Banana. Chia seeds. Flax seeds. Topped with raspberries, spiced mango compote, coconut shards and maple syrup. The pancakes was super fluffy and had a very nice taste even plain on its own. It’s so good that we ordered a 2nd plate!
