This consisted of a fluffy, buttery, and slightly sweet pandan biscuit glazed with sweet and spicy jam and filled with tender 🐟-free sauce marinated jackfruit, crispy 🐷-free pork belly, fresh cucumbers, jalapeños, scallion oil, kale kimchi, and creamy house-made aioli.
