This consisted of a fluffy, buttery, and slightly sweet pandan biscuit glazed with sweet and spicy jam and filled with tender 🐟-free sauce marinated jackfruit, crispy 🐷-free pork belly, fresh cucumbers, jalapeños, scallion oil, kale kimchi, and creamy house-made aioli. The combination of meaty and creamy with crisp and fresh veggies and just the right amount of 🔥 was fun and irresistibly delicious. #saveveganrestaurants
