Poori - made from unleavened whole-wheat flour, originating from the Indian subcontinent and extremely tasty.
Maybe not breads to eat too often as they deep fried in oil, but I really enjoyed them to share with a selection of curries.
Although fried they turn out light and puffy and compliment the spicy sauces so well.
