I've had this before from Locaba in cake form and it's just as good if
not better in a jar. Inspite of the sweetness and the rich ganache, you don't feel gross and gluttonous after finishing the whole jar (yup I did)! The ganache is followed by very little actual cake and mostly just this amazingly tart cherry mousse which I loved!
Oh and it's GF and diabetic friendly too!
