Cauliflower Steak

this cauliflower steak was severely undercooked. the seasoning was interesting but again, not enough to make up for the failure in texture. this dish is so often repeated in menus at different healthy bistros and cafes that this is definitely something they should be nailing

This looked a bit of a mess, but it tasted delish! Cauliflower steaks are starting to grow on me, it had a lovely charcoal grill flavour, with hummus and nuts and spices.
