This lively #brasserie in London’s Soho has a couple of vegan mains.
I was hungry for carbs and chose this burger.
It looks stacked, but in truth the tasteless bread bun is doing that work. You really don’t need the top half of the bun, it’s dry and the fries are on hand to bulk up the meal.
The burger is juicy and ‘meaty’ with well dressed #mushrooms #tomato #pickle #lettuce #redonion and a nice daubing of #vegancheese and #veganmayo
The fries were well cooked, plentiful and hot.
Overall I enjoyed the feast.
I also enjoyed the ambience, lots of people out to enjoy the West End and lovely, upbeat staff.
