Another amazing pizza from Con Gusto, this time inspired by pasta alla puttanesca: the base is yellow tomato, on top fresh cherry tomatoes, capers and olives with a nice leaf of basil and some high quality extra virgin olive oil. This tastes like the Mediterranean. So simple yet so good. The dough is perfect just like for all their other pizzas. Personally I think this is probably my favorite vegan pizza of theirs so far because I’m not a big fan of their vegan cheese, which is in most of their other vegan pizzas.
