Pistachio Bun

Common Ground has a good selection of vegan cakes. This #pistachio bun looked very nice with its nutty, green topping. The bun was a bit on the dry side and really needed the creaminess of the pistachio. This is a popular cafe with friendly helpful staff. This #pistachiobun was delicious and huge. I really didn’t need to eat it all in one go, but the lovely moist sponge arranged like a swirl got the better of me. 😋 There’s an irresistible gloopiness- maple syrup maybe and the topping of sweetened, crushed pistachios is genius 🌟 Common Ground have a variety of vegan items, savoury and sweet.
