I like the crunchy Ed’s on top . Jalapeño were not hot though . I

These were pretty damn close to the jalapeño poppers I used to love in college
except I think they’d be even better if they were battered and fried like the original. Obviously my nutrition rating would have to be changed if they were fried! 😋
I have never been a fan of jalapeno poppers but I tried them anyway and
I was blown away. They were incredible. All of my photos turned out red because of the umbrella over the table, unfortunately.
I like the taste and crunchy ness on top .Jalapeño were not too spicy though
