Philly Cheesesteak

I love trying different Philly cheesesteaks wherever I go to see how each restaurant does it different. This one was drippy and messy and HUGE! Pictured is only half 😳 It was absolutely packed with seitan (great flavor & texture) but could have used a little more cheese sauce or have it mixed in. The bun was so soft, almost a little too soft, and became soggy pretty quickly by the end. The roasted garlic aioli was different and a nice touch! I’d recommend either this or the wings. Getting both is A LOT of seitan and very filling. #phillycheesesteak #cheesesteak #seitan #hailseitan

Whether you’re vegan or not, if you’re in Denver you’ve got to try City O’ City. Their Churrasco Philly Cheesesteak is DIVINE. The staff are so friendly and prompt with such a great, welcoming vibe!!

This is one of the best vegan sandwiches I've ever had! The seitan is prepared perfectly and smothered with peppers, chimichurri, chipotle aioli, and green chili queso. So flavorful! I ordered a salad as my side with vegan caesar dressing which was also fantastic!
