This was a really good sandwich. It had fried eggplant , tomato , lettuce and a delicious pesto sauce served on a sprouted bun . I would get this again we got this with French fries . Very good . Would have again . Live kayas kitchen all vegan restaurant in Belmar Nj # vegan
