Perfectly Poached Eggs on Waffles with Spinach Cream

It was the only breakfast I ate out of the hotel, so I'm not sure how it compares. But I do like the idea of poached eggs on waffles! So Belgian. And the idea of spinach cream was really good and creative. Pleasant breakfast for me. And the prices are very reasonable, compared to the other eat out foods in Belgium.
