Absolutely loved these amazingly juicy fresh white button mushrooms, coated and fried in crispy light batter for that crunch!! 🍄‍🟫 Nothing like the usual fried mushroom dishes at other eateries that sometimes end up like eating dry flour. 🙈 Tossed in sweet and tangy sauce alongside zucchini, tomato, bell pepper, and pineapple. 🥒🍅🫑🍍 Not usually a fan of sweet and sour sauce, but this was a nicely balanced flavour profile that was surprisingly not cloyingly sweet and sticky.
