This was a nice dish that went beyond the usual suspect. Loved the grilled potato, charred red pepper, and the nice balsamic-palm honey (taken from palm trees on neighboring islands) drizzle was exquisite! Though not too many vegan options, the staff was friendly and accommodating. In fact they switched out a complementary meat "tapa" brought to us with some lovely local "papas arrugadas" with freshly made spicy Mojo. Very economical. #refugiotheanimalacademy
