There were not a lot of vegan choices at this white tablecloth upscale Italian restaurant, but it was my husband’s birthday 🎂 and I was determined to make the best of it. I had to veganize the salad by asking them to remove the fresh mozzarella cheese. The salad was tasty 😋 but for $18.00 it was but sparse. It contained tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, red onions, peppers, Kalamata olives, capers in white wine vinegar & EVOO dressing. It bothers me that you remove the most expensive item in the salad and still pay full price!
It was also disappointing that every pasta and pizza had eggs in the dough and could not be made vegan
