Pancit Habhab

Habhab noodles, sayote, petchay, and crispy bagnet - all vegan! Meant to be eaten with vinegar, but you can do without. The sweetness of fresh white onions and the crispy vegan bagnet make for a very interesting super tasty dish. Bagnet is the Filipino version of deep-fried pork belly. Cosmic’s bagnet is made from soy and starch.
