This dish was amazing! My mouth was watering just by reading it on the menu. It’s so hard to find a plant-based version of bread and butter in restaurants and when I do I’m so happy to try it. This time it even had truffle, which is like… my favorite ingredient. I had to order this! I had high expectations and in the end, it was even better! Not only the truffled salted butter was delicious, but so was the bread that seemed to have been briefly fried in a pan with some oil. It’s definitely not a healthy starter, but how nice it is to have some comfort food once in a while? Something that you just eat for the sake of pleasure. This dish was 10€ and to be honest I would spend them over and over to taste this again.
