Paccheri al forno con polpettine di melanzane alla siciliana

Mi ha ricordato molto la pasta al forno che faceva mia nonna. Peccato che la porzione sia piccina 😅 costo 12 euro

Sembra proprio di mangiare il tipico piatto preparato dalla nonna per il pranzo della domenica. Approvatissimo!

On paper, this dish was very interesting. The presentation was perfect and fun to eat as each pacchero had a filling. However the taste was flat. The umami part was missing while it was particularly sweet. I was disappointed as it could have been a 10 but in the end was only 6. (On the positive note, I now want to try to make my own homemade version!)

Aesthetically it is one of my favorite dishes. Good flavor, perhaps it is the least sought after pic in terms of complexity of realization
