Who knew a grill restaurant would have a nice selection of vegan dishes? Call me
crazy but I love starting a meal with a hearty soup — yes even in crazy hot Singapore! This was made sous vide celeriac which is naturally so creamy, and had lovely added textures with celeriac chips and croutons, finished with a drizzle of basil oil. Earthy and comforting, but I did add in an extra pinch or two of salt.
