Omnipork™ Penne Aglio Olio

Not a fan as v dry... likey the vege on it though 😋

This was ok. A little dry for my and my wife’s tastes, but the mix with mushrooms was nice. I’d prefer it in tomato paste.

Rich in flavour and the omnipork was a tad too salty. The penne was really done well though. It was as the Italians would say Al Dente! Go for it if you like it savoury and robust flavours.

I've always liked the omnipork more than the impossible or beyond and this dish does great justice to it. The pasta was well cooked and the omnipork was well seasoned. Definitely will try again!

This was a great aglio olio dish! The omnipork mince goes really well with the pasta and overall flavouring of the dish. Super yummy and would definitely order again :) W @hownowbrownkow
