Omni Chilli Crab Cake

The crab cakes were light and crunchy. It also had a crab like texture.

No complains for this because they nailed the flavours of chilli crab in this plus the crab cakes have the flaky texture of seafood.

The previous version used to be made with Gardein crabless cakes. Now made with Omni crab cakes! Loved the crunchy batter and sweet flaky 'crabmeat'. Plated with baked mantou chips and housemade chilli crab sauce. Good appetiser for sharing since there were 5 pieces. (*Sauce contains alliums) ($12)
