Vegan Kefteddes

So good. Great plate tu share, the sauce is very tasty.

Greek 'Impossible' Meatballs in spicy marinara with whipped organic tofu red pepper 'feta'. As with many Impossible/Beyond meat dishes that rely on the novelty of the plant-based meat to carry the dish, I found the flavor to be a little underwhelming. It was fun to try this dish made vegan, but wasn’t the most interesting thing on the menu.
