This consisted of sprouted brown rice mixed with tamari-flavored hijiki seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots, with creamy tofu misozuke (spreadable miso-cured tofu) inside, wrapped in a nori sheet. It had a delightful variety of savoy flavors. (Gluten-free)
