This consisted of fuki, a uniquely delicious Japanese herb that is a harbinger of spring, mixed with house kenzanji miso. This classic springtime combination of flavors was served seared on fried tofu age. It was delightful.

Wonderfully unique dish. I burned through it pretty quickly. Excellent appetizer for two or part of a grazing meal with a little this a little that. I’d order it again and probably will, tbh.
