Oat Rice

Got the sesame oil mushroom oat rice with edamame and peanut, a very comforting convenient dinner!

Oat rice with edamame, braised peanuts and beancurd iirc. You'll be hard-pressed to find such a combination, but I think that might be a good thing 😅 it's also hard to reconcile the purported health benefits of oat rice with a greasy aftertaste. Will be sticking to Chinese vegetarian at Amoy for now!
