We tried 2 pizzas at this place during our short stay in Edinburgh and this
one was our favourite.
It has mushrooms and fake bacon which is handmade by the restaurant’s staff. My partner didn’t want olives so we ordered without it.
Overall, it was so delicious I couldn’t believe it wasn’t “real” pizza. The bacon pieces were spot on, so much better than most fake bacon I’ve tried before.
The mushrooms and bacon were the perfect taste combination, and the tomato sauce felt so authentic and delicious. I have no idea what cheese they use, but it was great too, and it behaves well after reheating leftovers at home too.
I would recommend and I’d go back again. If I lived in Edinburgh I’d probably order it frequently instead of Dominos or other chains which can’t really compare with authentic pizzas.
