Really cool to have omnimeat dishes at NTU for veganuary! Was a good opportunity to
try the luncheon meat, fish fillet and crab cake at the vegetarian stall, with mayo drizzled on top and served with bee hoon and beans. I especially hope the crab cake sticks around after this month - it’s got a really nice texture like pulled meat whereas the other mock meats were a bit too dense for me.
