The A-lamak Burger ($9.90), inspired by nasi lemak, provided a smorgasbord of strong flavours. There
was a seaweed soya 'fish' patty, crispy mushroom 'ikan bills', roasted peanuts, and spicy nasi lemak chilli paste atop a bed of lettuce with refreshing cucumber and tomato slices. I do wish there had been a vegan fried egg to complete the nasi lemak experience. NomVNom seems brilliant at creating fusion fast food incorporating local flavours.
