No beef burger

Es una burger de seitan, aunque parece más de soja estilo Heura. En sí, la "carne" es más grande que el pan y a la hora de comer se va por todos lados 🤷‍♀️. Muy recomendable la comida y el lugar. [burger de seitan, alface, rúcula, tomate, cogumelos salteados, cebola maionese e ketchup.] 6,90€

It isn't firm or crispy, the hamburger itself is very soft. Other than that it's great, loved the mayonnaise and the extras..
